Jacob Keith Watson is an Actor/Singer/Teacher, Arkansas native, avid Notre Dame football fan, pretend woodworker, garden lover and BBQ elitist. On the Broadway stage Jacob has performed in Tony-nominated/winning revivals of Carousel (Enoch Snow), Hello, Dolly! and Violet as well as The Phantom of the Opera (Joseph Buquet) and Amélie (World Premiere and Original Broadway Cast). In NYC Jacob was seen in the Encores! productions of 1776 (Robert Livingston), Mack & Mabel (Harry, etc) and Oliver. Jacob is currently performing as Terry/Mr. Spencer in the critically acclaimed Broadway revival of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth’s Merrily We Roll Along playing at the Hudson Theatre in New York City.

On screen, Jacob has been seen as Mr. Bundles in NBC’s live production of “Annie” and as John Dixon on HBO’s “The Gilded Age”. He also toured nationally and internationally as Mister Cellophane himself, Amos Hart in Chicago the Musical. Regionally, Jacob has performed in Into the Woods (The Baker), Shrek the Musical (Shrek), The Music Man (Marcellus) the world premiere of the new musical by the Avett Brothers Swept Away, Benny & Joon (Waldo), Chicago (Amos), Seussical (Horton), As You Like It (Corin), Twelfth Night (Feste), The Doctor in Spite of Himself, La Boheme (Rodolfo), Rigoletto (Matteo Borsa) Il Barbiere di Siviglia (Count Almaviva cover), Pagliacci (Beppe).

As a soloist, Jacob has performed in numerous concerts including a 3 city tour in Germany of the concert New York, New York featured at the Kurt Weill Festival, Kurt Weill on Broadway (Symphony Space) both under Maestro James Holmes. Jacob is also a past winner of the prestigious Lotte Lenya Competition, the NATS National Music Theatre Competition and a regional finalist in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions.
